摘要
对3种不同取代基的秋兰姆类促进剂在天然橡胶中的硫化特性及物理性能进行了比较。结果发现,不论在有效、半有效或普通硫化体系中,含促进剂TE的天然橡胶胶料均具有最长的焦烧时间和较好的抗硫化返原性,对物理机械性能和抗热氧老化性能亦无不良影响,适合于在天然橡胶大型厚制品胶料中应用。
A comparison was made among the cure characteristics and physical properties of three different substituted thiuram accelerators in NR. The results showed that nature rubber compound containing accelerator TE with effective, semieffective and traditional systems had the longest scorch time and better reversion characteristic and had no bad effect on physical propenties and thermaloxide aging behavior, it was applied to large and thick articles of NR.
