Preparation of Elastic Coatings Containing Zinc Oxide Crystal Whisker

采用弹性聚氨酯树脂为基料,导电氧化锌晶须为功能性颜料,以及着色颜料、气相二氧化硅和助剂,制备了各色弹性、强度好的弹性涂料。讨论了导电氧化锌晶须、气相二氧化硅和偶联剂对涂料性能的影响。

A range of elastic coatings have been developed based on elastic polyurethane resin as binder, zinc oxide crystal whisker as functional pigment, and other color pigments, fumed silica and additives. The influences of zinc oxide crystal whisker, fumed silica and coupling agent on coatings performance were discussed.
