Grtzel电池用TiO_2致密膜的制备和表征 被引量:2

摘要 选择钛酸四丁酯-石油醚溶液体系,使用浸涂、烧结方法制备了致密TiO_2薄膜。利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试了薄膜的组成,并用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了制备工艺对表面形貌的影响。TiO_2致密膜的透射光谱表明,该薄膜在可见光区有很好的透过率。利用该种致密TiO_2膜,制备了固态Gratzel电池,其光电特性表明,所制得的致密膜起到了很好的阻隔导电基底和空穴传输层的作用.
