摘要
92.00g八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)在碱性条件下,120℃,N2保护,开环反应1h;降温至90℃,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)促进下,与7 36gγ 氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH540)进行催化平衡,以0 601 20g六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)调节相对分子质量,反应3h,制备出聚氨基硅氧烷(氨值为0 6mmol/g)。再与4 90g顺丁烯二酸酐(MAD)缩合成聚氨基硅氧烷预聚体;m(聚氨基硅氧烷预聚体)/m(丙烯酸酯类单体)=8%进行共聚,制备出聚氨基硅氧烷改性丙烯酸树脂成膜材料。改性树脂薄膜抗张强度为20 1MPa,吸水率为36 8%,玻璃化温度为-43 6℃。
Ring-opening reaction was conducted with 92.00 g octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_4) and KOH under N_2 protection at 120 ℃ for 1 h.Then,the temperature was lowered to 90 ℃,DMSO,7.36 g γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(KH540) and hexamethydisiloxane(MM)(0.6-1.20 g) were added,and the reaction proceeded for 3 h to give polyaminosiloxane with amino value of 0.6 mmol/g.Condensation of polyaminosiloxane with maleic anhydride gave the prepolymer.Finally,acrylic ester was copolymerized with 8% prepolymer to produce the acrylic resin modified by polyaminosiloxane.Film of the modified resin has tensile strength of 20.1 MPa,water absorption rate of 36.8% and glass transition temperature(T_g) of -43.6 ℃.
