摘要
DN150野战管线是给作战部队输送油料的机动管线,其管材为X60JY带钢。分析了野战管线的腐蚀原因、防腐层应具备的性能及其防腐方式,指出管线外层适宜采用镀锌防腐,内层适宜采用环氧粉末涂层防腐,同时管子在使用后应及时进行良好维护和储存。
DN 150 Field petroleum pipeline is a mobile one that is used to transport oil for fighting troops.The material of pipes is X60JY strip steel. Analysed corrosion reason, high performance of protective coatings which must have, and anti-corrosive method of field petroleum pipeline,and pointed out zinc plating is suitable for its outer coating,epoxy coating is suitable for its immer coating,and pipes should be maintained well and stored up in time.
