摘要
通过对循环经济模式提出的历史背景,循环经济的内涵、学科范畴、主要指导原则及面临的主要技术挑战的分析,提出生态工业工程是通过向自然生态学习,以"社会发展"、"珍惜资源"和"环境质量"为多重目标,是构建循环经济技术基石,在发展这一新的工业生产模式过程中需依托物理、化学、生物学最新成果的注入,特别是泛化学工程可以在其发展中发挥重要作用。
The paper has analyzed the historical background, connotations of circulation economy, subject domain, principal guiding principles and major confronted technical challenges proposed by the circulation economy mode.It is considered that ecological industrial engineering is the corner stone for constructing circulation economy and technology through learning from natural ecology and taking 'social development', 'treasuring resources' and 'environmental quality' as the multiple goals.In the course of developing this new industrial production mode, it is mandatory to rely on the introduction of the latest achievements of physics, chemistry and biology.As a result, the pan-chemical engineering is able to play an important role in this aspect.
