试图借助资本偏好、资本成本的一些基本假设建立关于两地资本分配的最优模型,结合具体案例对其进行了经验分析,在分析过程中,发现资本成本、效应可能对替代效应有抵消作用,进而探讨资本在不同地方和行业间的一般均衡问题。

It is attempted to build an optimal model about capital allocation in two regions with the help of some basic assumptions of capital preference and capital cost.An empirical analysis is made by combining concrete cases.In the course of analysis, it is found that it is probable for the capital cost effect to counteract the substitution effect.Moreover, the general equilibrium problem of the capital in different regions and industries is dealt with.
