摘要
目的 建立防止血液离体后糖酵解继续发生的有效方法。方法 采用惰性分离胶试管收集样品 ,与血糖速效剂法进行对照 ,设置不同时间配对测定血糖。结果 惰性分离胶管法 2 4h以上酵解明显比速效剂法少 ,差异有显著性 ;速效剂法酵解血糖 6h内差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,分离胶法可稳定 96h以上 ,推测血糖可长期稳定。结论 分离胶法可防止血液离体后的糖酵解 ,糖可以与其他项目同时测定 ;
Objective To establish the effective approach for preventing continuous glycolysis in isolated blood sample.Me thods The blood sample was collected with separator tube containing inert gel and compared with the quick anticoagulant method as control by matched pair in glucose determination at different time. Results The glycolysis in inert gel tube at > 24 h was significantly less than that in quick anticoagulant method. The difference was not significant in quick anticoagulant method >6 h(P>0.05). The glucose was stable >96 h in inert gel tube and might be stable in quite a long time.ConclusionThe inert gel tube approach may prevent glycolysis in isolated blood, and the glucose can be determined with other constituents at the same time, it dosen't need to be determined alone with anticoagulant or antiglucolysis measure.
