摘要 骨基质蛋白在骨骼和牙齿形成 ,以及损伤修复过程中起着重要作用。本文对骨涎蛋白 (BSP)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、牙本质涎蛋白 (DSP)、牙本质磷蛋白 (DPP)、牙本质涎磷蛋白 (DSPP)的表达 ,以及在牙齿形成、损伤修复 。 Bone matrix proteins (BMPs) are the noncollagenous proteins (NCPs) which are believed to play a crucial role in mineral nucleation and hyodroxyapatite growth during dentin mineralization and bone restoration. Advances in the study on the expression of five BMPs [dentin phosphoprotein(DPP), dentin sialoprotein(DSP),dentin sialophosphoprotein(DSPP),bone sialoprotein(BSP),and osteopentin(OPN) ]and their role in dentin mineralization , bone restoration in tissue engineering were reviewed.
