摘要
研究了钢包炉(LF)用预熔精炼渣的优化方案,分析了CaO-Al2O3-MgO-BaO-SiO2预熔精炼渣系中各组分对该渣熔点、熔化时间以及脱硫能力的影响程度,得到了低熔点、低粘度、冶金效果好的渣系.得出预熔精炼渣的熔点、熔化时间受到碱度、氧化铝质量分数和萤石质量分数的综合影响,且渣的熔点不随MgO质量分数的增加而急剧增高.通过实验得到了LF用预熔渣的最优渣系,该渣系在天津钢管公司LF上应用取得了很好的效果,平均脱硫率由原来的71%上升到89%.
The composition of premelted refining slag of the system CaO-Al2O3-MgO-BaO-SiO2 used in LF is experimentally optimized. The optimized refining slag has low melting point, low viscosity, high desulphurization capacity. The influences of slag basicity, Al2O3 and CaF2 contents on the melting point and viscosity of the slag have been examined. The melting point of slag doesn' t increase dramatically with the increase of MgO. The optimum has been applied on a LF in Tianjin Steel Tube Co. with good effect. The average desulphurization officency has increased from 71% to 89%.
