摘要
本文分单株考察了91个T型杂交种的穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重、产量等性状及其超标优势,并用偏相关、多元回归、通径分析等方法分析了上述性状及其超标优势间的关系。结果表明,穗粒数、穗粒重、单株产量具有较普遍的强超标优势,单株穗数、千粒重的超标优势较低,也不普遍;且各性状本身及其超标优势间均存在不同程度或性质的相关关系,但对产量或产量超标优势的贡献均以直接的正效应为主,均以也单株穗数>穗粒数>千粒重。因此,在筛选杂交组合时,应着重保持适当的穗数和充分发挥穗粒数优势强的特点,同时兼顾千粒重等性状。
This paper deals with the reiationships among spike number/plant(SNP), grain yield/plant (GYP), Kernel number/spike(KNS), kernel weight/spike(KWS) and 1000-grain weight(GW), and the relationships among the comparative advantages(CA) of these characters in T-type hybrid wheat. The partial correlation multivarite regression and path analysis methods were employed, and 91 hybrid combinations were used in this experiment. The results indicated that the CAS of KNS, KWS and GYP were apparent and popular, but the CAs of SNP and GW were relatively lower and not so popular. The relationships among the characters examined and their CAs were different to some extent in degree and property. The direct effects of yield components on grain yield were more importent than the indirect ones, and the magitude order was SNP>KNS>GW>KWS, and the same was true for CAs. The author suggested that in the breeding of T-type hybrid wheat, the proper spike number and high CA of KNS should be maintained, meanwhile, GW should also be payed attention to in Sichuan province of China.
