植物激素与插条不定根的形成(综述) 被引量:21

摘要 生长素、赤霉素、细胞分裂素、脱落酸和乙烯五大类植物激素影响插条不定根的形成。其中,生长素和乙烯促进不定根的形成;赤霉素和细胞分裂素一般表现为抑制不定根的形成;脱落酸对插条生根表现出多种效应。某种植物激素对插条生根的效应与该种激素的浓度、处理时间、植物种类品种、插条的生理状态以及母株和插条所处的环境条件有关。本文讨论了五大类植物激素影响插条形成的机制。 Auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins, abscisic acid and ethylene have been found to influence adventitious root formation in cuttings. Of them, auxins and ethylene consistently promoted root formation, while gibberellins and cytokinins in general inhibited rooting with quite a few cases where rooting was promoted. The results in relation to root formation produced by abscisic acid were inconsistent. The effect of a kind of plant hormones on rooting depends on its concentration, time of treatment, plant species treated, physiological status of cuttings as well as the environments under which stock plants and cuttings are grown. The possible ways by which plant hormomes regulate adventitious root formation are discussed.
