摘要
通过对环境会计的概念、目标进行研究 ,根据我国环境保护实际情况 ,提出我国实行环境会计的必要性和基本原则。
This paper studied the concept and target of enviornmental accountant,according to the practice condition of environmental protection,put forward the necessity and basic principle to practise environmental accountant.
