哺乳仔猪补料中添加柠檬酸的效果研究 被引量:18

摘要 用16窝共152头荣昌纯种哺乳仔猪,以窝为单位随机分为四组,从21日龄开始分别喂给含0、0.5、1.0和1.5%柠檬酸的饲粮至60日龄结束。测定柠檬酸添加量对饲粮PH、哺乳仔猪增重、饲料进食量及利用率、血清总蛋白及血浆尿素氮、仔猪腹泻率的影响。结果表明:0.5、1.0、和1.5%三个柠檬酸饲粮组分别与0组比较:饲粮PH降低0.75、1.10和1.45个PH单位;日增重提高14.88、7.02和3.31%,日进食饲料量(Y)与柠檬酸水平(X)呈Y=264+165x-154x^2二次曲线;日增重与日进食饲料量呈强正相关(r=O.97,p<0.05);单位增重消化能消耗改进5.88、2.87和-2.15%;血清总蛋白增加0.57、0.52和0.10克/升,血浆尿素氮降低0.73、0.66和0.60毫摩尔/升;仔猪腹泻率减少27.83、28.0和16.17%。在哺乳仔猪补料中添加适量的柠檬酸对改进仔猪生产性能有效。 One hundred and fifty—two Rongchang sucking pigs from 16 litters were randomly arranged into 4 groups in terms of litter and from the age of 21 to. 60 days given diets cotaining 0, 0.5, 1.0 and1.5%Citric acid respectively. The effects of Citric acid added to the diets on diet PH, daily weight gain(DG) feed intake, feed utilization, total serum protein, urea nitrogen of blood plasma and the occurence rate of diarrhoea in piglet were determined. The results demonstrated that the diet PH decreased by 0.75, 1.0and 1.45; DG increased by 14.88, 7.02 and 3.31%, with the significant difference for 0.5% Citric acid group: DE/gain decreased by 5.88, 2.87 and-2.15%; the total serum protein increased by 0.57, 0.52 and 0.10 g.L; urea nitrogen of blood plasma decreased by 0.73, 0.66 and0.6 mmol. L,and the ocurence rat of diarrhoea decreased by 27.83, 28.0and 16.17%, for the groups of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5% Citric acid, respectively as compared with the group of 0% Citic acisd. The relationship between daily feed intake (Y) and the Citric acid levle (X) added to the diets showed a conic, ie, Y=264+165X-154X^2. The correlation of daily gain with daily feed intake was significantly positive (r=0.97, n=4, p<0.05). It was suggested that proper quantities of Citric acid added to the diets could be helpful to improve the performance of sucking pigs.
