摘要
水稻双胚苗为隐性性状受一对主效基因控制,并存在若干修饰基因,使双胚苗率表现数量遗传特征;不同双胚苗品系遗传基础不同;水稻双胚苗同水稻的无融合生殖育着密切的联系。
Hybridizations were made with two twin rice strains, APⅠ (Lu52) and APⅣ (Suan—13), as female, 6 non—twin strains as males; and then 6 series of P_1, P_2, BC_1, BC_2, F_1 and F_2 were gotten for studies on genetic of rice twin. The results showed that: rice twin character is controlled by a pair of recessive genes, modified by multiple genes which make twin ratios express quantitative inherent character; different twin rice strains inherit defferently; Cytoplasmic effect exists in twin Inherentance; rice twin genetic relates to apomixis.
