经导管肋间动脉灌注化疗肋骨转移瘤17例 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨经导管肋间动脉灌注化疗治疗肋骨转移瘤的临床疗效。[方法]对17例25个肋骨转移瘤行经导管肋间动脉灌注化疗,随访观察3~22个月,分析总结临床疗效及其并发症。[结果]25个肋骨转移瘤经治疗后疼痛缓解程度按VAS评分:完全缓解(CR)11个,部分缓解(PR)12个,轻度缓解(MR)2个,总有效率100%。肿块缩小,生命质量改善,血管造影见肿瘤血管和肿瘤染色明显减少,影像学检查见软组织肿块缩小,骨破坏减缓及新骨生成,无严重并发症发生。[结论]经导管肋间动脉灌注化疗是治疗肋骨转移瘤的一种安全、有效的姑息疗法,对缓解疼痛、提高生命质量具有重要的临床意义。 To explore the clinical value of transcatheter int er costal arterial infusion chemotherapy for costal metastasis.Seventeen p atients with25sites of costal metastasis were treated with transcatheter interco stal arterial infusion chemotherapy and follwed-up for3~22moths.The effects and complications were evaluated.The pain relief was graded according to V AS scoring:CR,PR and MR in11,12and2cases respectively.The overall response rate was100%.The masses shrinked and the life of quality improved after treatments.Ab normal vessels and tumor volume decreased on DSA.Tumors shrinked and bone destru ctions reduced according to image examinations.There is no severe complications after this treatment.[Conclusions]Transcatheter intercostal arterial infusion ch emotherapy is a safe and effective technique for treatment of costal metastasis.
