CyclinA在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression of Cyclin A in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and its Clinical Signific ance

[目的]探讨CyclinA在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SABC法,检测CyclinA在45例肝细胞癌及30例癌旁肝组织中的表达并结合临床病理资料分析。[结果]CyclinA在HCC组织中阳性表达率为46.7%(21/45);在癌旁肝组织中无阳性表达。CyclinA在低分化组较高分化组表达增高(P<0.05)。CyclinA表达与肝门淋巴结/肝外转移、癌灶数目及癌栓形成有关(P<0.05)。CyclinA在侵袭转移组较非侵袭转移组表达增高(P<0.05)。p27、CyclinE、CyclinA表达与患者的年龄、性别、HBsAg、AFP、肿瘤大小及包膜形成无关(P>0.05)。[结论]CyclinA与肝细胞癌的发生、分化及侵袭转移有关。

To investigate the expressio n of Cyclin A in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its clinical significance.Forty-five specimens of HCC and30specimens of adjacent noncancerous lesion s obtained from45patients who underwent surgery were examined for Cyclin A expre ssion by im-munohistochemistry SABC method.We regarded the cells as po sitive for Cyclin A protein when they clearly showed the staining signals in the ir nuclei.The overexpression of Cyclin A could be seen ex-clusively in HCC lesi ons.Cyclin A overexpressed in21cases(46.7%)in HCC lesions.Cyclin A overex-press ion occurred more frequently in cases with poor differentiation and portal invas ion,extrahepatic metas-tasis and intrahepatic metastasis(P<0.05).The overexpres sion of Cyclin A in the invasive and metastatic group was significantly higher t han that of Cyclin A in the non-invasive and non-metastatic group(P<0.05).The expression of Cyclin A did not correlate with age,gender,HBsAg and AFP.[Conclusi on]Cyclin A might be related to carcinogenesis,differentation,invasion and metas tasis in HCC.
