摘要
本文以长穗型不分枝普通多小穗品系“10—A”为被测材料,“中国春”和“阿勃”两套单体系列为测验系,对穗长性状进行了基因定位研究。结果表明,被测系“10—A”穗长受5A、7A、1B、2D、3D和6D等染色体上的基因所控制。其中,1B和2D染色体上的基因表现为强效。5A、7A、3D和6D染色体上的基因表现为弱效。
The location of genes for the spike length was carried out in the common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) normal multispikelet line with rather long spike,' Chinese Spring' and 'Abbondanza'. The spike length of the tested line '10-A' was found to be controlled by six pairs of genes, located on the chromosomes 1B and 2D (two major effects) and 5A、7A、3D、6D (four minor effects). According to analysis of the results in the past studies and the present experiment it was speculated that the new governing long spike length was probably carried on the chromosome 6D of the tested line '10-A'.
