摘要
Iris confusa(2n=30)小孢子母细胞减数分裂前期Ⅰ出现的细胞融合(cytomixis)是一种自然发生的现象,并非赝象。5.3%的小孢子母细胞在中期Ⅰ出现二价体数增加或减少的异常,最终导致10.3%的小孢子的染色体数发生了变化。总的说来,细胞融合没有使我们观察的这一I.confusa的居群(population)的小孢子母细胞减数分裂的稳定性和有效性受到影响。少数出现染色体异常的小孢子有可能导致产生非整倍体或多倍体。
Cytomixis, occurred in prophase Ⅰ of PMCs in Iris confusa (2n=30), is not a artifact. Variation in number of bivalents in metphase Ⅰ arose in 5.3% of microsporocytes, and resulted in variation of chromosome number in 10.3% of microspores. Cytomixis has no effect on the meiotic stability in the population of I. confusa observed, but microspores with variation of chromosome number might make contribution to formation of aneuploids and polyploids in I. confusa.
