关于“两个先锋队”问题的理论思考

Theoretical Thinking about "The Party is forever the Vanguard both of The Chinese Working Class and of the Chinese People and the Chinese Nation

中国共产党作为中国工人阶级的先锋队、中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,是由它所代表的工人阶级的社会地位和历史使命决定的。党在历史上曾经提出中国共产党是“中国人民的先锋队”、“全民族的先锋队”以及其他相似的论断。十六大把“两个先锋队”写入党章,深刻阐述了在新世纪新阶段党如何发挥“两个先锋队” 的作用问题。“两个先锋队”的提法,并没有改变党的工人阶级先锋队性质。它的提出有利于加强党的执政地位,有利于扩大党的群众基础,有利于实现党的历史使命。

As the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the CCP can be the vanguard of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation simultaneously. In its history, the Party brought foreword some thesises such as 'The CCP is the vanguard of the Chinese people' , 'The CCP is the vanguard of the Chinese nation' and the others similar. The 16th National Congress reads-in 'The Party is forever the Vanguard both of the Chinese Working Class and of the Chinese People and the Chinese Nation' in the party constitution and expatiates deeply how to exercise the role of the Party in the new century and the new period of time. As for the thesis of 'The Party is forever the Vanguard poth of the Chinese Working class and of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation', it does not change the character that the CCP is the vanguard of the working-class. This thesis is in favor of strengthening the Party's governing, enlarging the Party's mass foundation and realizing the historical mission of the Party.
