南宋对邮传之整饬与更张述论——兼谈朝廷与岳飞军前诏奏往来问题

A Study on Rectifying and Reform of Postal Delivery in the Southern Song Dynasty:with a Discussion about the Transportation of Documents Between the Imperial Court and Yue Fei's Army

北宋末年 ,因政治腐败而致邮传之衰敝。南宋建立初 ,整顿无效 ,终有扬州逃难之惨祸。后先次创设斥堠铺和摆铺 ,并采取非常管理措施 ,仍未能达到文书传递之预期效果 ,邮传之弊反甚于前。究其主要根源 ,除与北宋末年并无二致外 ,与递铺组织混乱、财政困难和社会动荡等因素亦不无关系。在此状况下 ,朝廷与岳飞军前诏奏往来之事实 ,似可为我们认识当时战争、了解岳飞及其战功展示另外一个层面。

The political corruption led to the decline of postal delivery in the last years of the Northern Song Dynasty. When the regime of Southern Song was established, the government tried to rectify it but achieved little and resulted in the disaster in Yangzhou. Then the Chihou stations and Bai stations were set up in succession and many special measures were adopted, but the transportation of letters and documents was still unsatisfactory .The malpractice was more serious than before. The causes of malpractice were not only the same as the Northern Song Dynasty but also related to confusion of delivery stations, financial crisis and turbulence of the society. In this situation, the fact that the delivery of documents between the imperial court and Yue Fei's army shows a special aspect from which we can get a new understanding of the wars and of Yue Fei and his military achievements in that age.
