村委会选举中乡镇政府的角色转换——以浙江省昌镇村委会选举为个案

Transformation of Township Government's Roles in Election of Villagers' Committee ——A Case Study of the Election of Villagers' Committees in ChangZhen Town, Zhejiang Province

文章通过对一个镇村委会换届选举的个案考察 ,分析了乡镇政府在村委会选举中实现的由以往的选举操纵者到现在的选举组织者、指导者、监督者的角色转换 ,探讨了乡镇政府实现角色转换的原因。在此基础上 ,提出了若干相关思考。

Through a case study of a township election of villagers' committees, this paper discusses the transformation of roles played by the township government therein, which acts rather as the organizer, advisor and supervisor than as the manipulator of the election. It probes into the reasons for the transformation, on the basis of which several aspects of the issue are presented for further consideration.
