比光谱导数法测定两组分混合制剂的含量

摘要 为研究一种测定两组分混合制剂含量的新的分光光度法.在一定的波长范围内两组分(N,M)混合物溶液的吸收光谱除以在该波长范围内其中一组分(M)的纯溶液的吸收光谱,得一比光谱,然后对比光谱以波长为变量进行求导,得比光谱的一阶导数光谱.该导数光谱与组分N的浓度和组分M的纯溶液的浓度有关,与组分M的浓度无关,因此测得导数光谱的在某一波长的振幅值,即可求得组分N的浓度.根据这一原理,不经分离,可以非常简便地测定两组分混合物中每个组分的含量.应用上述方法测定了百喘朋片中盐酸苯海拉明的含量.该方法以水为溶剂,检测波长257 nm.结果:盐酸苯海拉明的测定线性范围为80.0-120.0μg·ml-1(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=2.5%(n=6).该方法简便、准确、快捷,可广泛应用于两组分混合物中每个组分的含量测定. To establish a quantitative method for determination of binary mixtures. The absorption spectrum of the mixture is obtained and the amplitudes at appropriate wavelengths are divided by the corresponding amplitudes in the absorption spectrum of a standard solution of one of the components, and the first derivative of the ratio spectrum is obtained. The concentration of the other component is then determined from a calibration graph. The method has been applied for resolving the quantitative detemination of diphenhydramine in Baichuanpeng tablets, the dissolvent was water with the detection wavelength at 257 nm. The Linearity of icariin was good ( r - 0.999 7 ) in range of 80.0- 120.0 μg·ml-1 ,The average recovery was 101.2% ,RSD of repeatability was 2. 6%. The method was convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable for determination of binary mixtures.
