This paper introduces a kind of PLC distributed control system structure of the tyre capsule vulcanizer and the software design of supervisor system. In view of the concurrency problem of thread in the supervisor system, this paper discusses the multi thread/process technique of windows and two serial communication methods in VC using system provided APIs or ActiveX control.
