库区油罐监测系统的抗干扰措施

摘要 用于工业领域的测控系统,其可靠性,稳定性是系统设计重点考虑的问题之一,所以依据有关系统设计、硬件电路设计、软件编制设计以及印制板设计过程中所遵循的抗干扰原则,并结合库区油罐的实际情况,在库区油罐监测系统设计中采取的抗干扰技术主要有:系统中加防雷击浪涌模块,采用数字传输方式,硬件电路的抗串模共模干扰,软件数字滤波等,这些措施的采用使系统能在良好状态下长期稳定运行起到了重要作用. Stabilization and security of measurement are important in using the controlling system of industrial field,Based on some methods that eliminated intrusion,involved of design of system,hard circuit,soft programing and the making of PCB bord,and integrated with the oil tanks area,applied the ways of eliminating lighting-striking and surging,appling digtal communacation,eliminating common-mode instrusion and eliminating differential-mode instrusion of hardwave circuit,digital filter of softwave programming and so on,the methods can mak the system run stabilizatly for a long time.
