VL外星轮中频感应加热淬火变形的控制

摘要 形状复杂的VL外星轮内孔中频表面淬火,一直碰到变形度难以控制问题。对产品质量影响较大。 为了减少零件变形量,进行了从热处理工艺,加工工序,夹具等多方面的试验。试验表明零件变形是 由多方面的因素造成。如掌握这些因素的规律,采用合适的加工方法,可以把变形量减到最小,提高 零件的加工质量。 The distortion of shape - complicated out star wheels resulted from medium frequency quenching of their inner hole is always difficult to control and will a impair product quality. The out Star wheel has been investigated with regard to heat treatment process, working operation, fix ture and so on in order to decrease their distortion. Test results show that distortion of the out star wheel arises from many factor. If effect law of the factors should be known well and working methods should be suitable, distortion of the parts would be minimized, and their heat treatment quality be improved.
