气相色谱法测定甘草酸单铵盐中残留溶剂量

Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Monoammonium Glycyrrhizininate by Gas Chromatography

目的 :建立测定甘草酸单铵盐中残留溶剂方法。方法 :采用气相色谱法 ,色谱柱为国产 GDX- 4 0 1有机担体色谱柱 ,以高纯氮为载气 ,FID为检测器 ,甲醇为内标物。结果 :建立的色谱方法在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,加样平均回收率为 99.95 % ( CV=1.0 5 % ) ,精密度为 2 .9% ,定量限为 2 %。结论 :此法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,可作为质量控制指标。

Objective:To establish a method for analysis of residual organic solvent (ethanol) in Glycyrrhizin.Methods:The contents of residual solvents in Glycyrrhizin were determined by GC on GDX-401 column, with FID detector, high purity nitrogen as the carries gas, and methanol was adopted as internal standard.Results:There was a good linearity. The RSD of precision was less than 3%, the average recovery rate was in the range of 99.95% ( CV =1.05%).Conclusion:The method was simple, quick and accurate and can be used for quality control.
