摘要
由于建筑工程投标中的复杂性和不确定性,如果在投标中采用一些更定量化的技术分析,把各种因素组合起来进行综合评价,将有助于投标人作出最优的投标策略。
In consideration of complexity and uncertainty in the bidding for constructional engineering work if more quantitative technical analysis can be made in the bidding and all the related factors can be taken into consideration in comprehensive assessment, the bidder will be able to work out the optimum bidding tactics.
