Development Direction of Domestic Dacroment Technique

达克罗技术是一种新型的表面处理技术,其耐蚀性能十分优异。根据国内研究现况提出了达克罗技术的发展方向,指明了当前达克罗技术发展中的几个主要研究领域:微细锌(铝)片开发,减少膜层中六价铬含量,降低固化温度,降低生产成本,提高膜层硬度。

Dacroment is a new technique of surface treatment. It has excellent corrosion resistance. The development trend on Dacroment technique was proposed according to investigation status of the technology at home. At present, developing zinc (or aluminum) flake, reducing hexa valent chromium content in the film, decreasing solidified temperature, reducing production cost, raising film hardness were the main research areas in developing Dacroment technique.
