摘要
啤酒工业迅猛发展的同时,排出了大量的啤酒废水,给环境造成了极大的威胁。通过啤酒生产的工艺详细分析了啤酒废水的来源与特点。为研究开发高效、经济的啤酒废水处理新技术提供参考。
With the rapid development of brewery industry, more brewery wastewater is discharged, which endangers environment. In this
paper, by the technology of making beer, we analyze the source and character of brewery wastewater in detail. Hope that these can provide
a guidance to develop the new, highly effective and economic technology applied to brewery ,wastewater.
