摘要这篇论文同时从理论上和实证上说明了政府腐败在不同的国家对于形成公司融资模式的重要性。文章表明 ,在政府腐败的情况下 ,公司管理层能够强有力地侵占外部投资者的权利 ,因为管理层可以威胁撤销和政府搞好关系的特定技巧 ,而这种技巧对于公司的生存发展是至关重要的。在腐败的政府治理下。
