治安传唤与留置盘问均是当前公安机关在办案过程中经常适用的法律措施,但两者在适用中容易混淆。笔者从七个方面对两者的区别进行了阐述。

Summons and Detention for Questioning for Public Security Administration are two frequent-used lawful measures. Yet, confusion is easily caused in the practical application of them. This article analyses the differences of these two from seven aspects.
