The Unreal Omission Crime (UOC)is the core problem of the Omission Crime. Andit plays a very important role both in theoryand in practice. So it is necessary for us to makea deep research on it. In this paper, I explainseveral aspects about the UOC, such as concept,natures and important condition ofestablishment. I hope that all of these will helpto improve the legislation of the UOC.
