On Comparative Criminal Law

比较刑法学在刑法学中是一门新的学科。笔者就比较刑法学进行了界定,并论述了它的研究对象、产生与发展、 现状及其研究方法,以期与比较刑法学的研究者共同探讨。

Comparative criminal law is a quite new code of Criminal Law. The writer gives the concept of it in this article as well as its object, origin, development, present situation and its study methods. The author hopes to discuss this together with other colleagues.
