左旋咪唑与强的松联合用药治疗顽固性糜烂型OLP的序贯分析

Sequential analysis of The addition of levamisole to prednisolone to treat intractable erosive oral lichen planus

目的 :探讨左旋咪唑与强的松联合用药治疗顽固性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)的疗效。方法 :开放型序贯设计 ,自身前后对照 ,共 18例患者 ,左旋咪唑与强的松联合用药与强的松龙混悬液局部封闭疗效比较。结果 :实验至第 14不同对时 ,试验结束 ,实验药有效率为 77.8% ;对照药有效率 2 2 .3 % ,实验药优于对照药 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :联合用药具有减轻副作用、调节免疫力、价格便宜等优点 ,值得临床推广。

Objective:The purpose of this open clinical trial and sequential analysis was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of levamisole used with low-dose prednisolone in 18 patients with erosive oral lichen planus .Method: All patients were given 150 mg/day of levamisole and 15 mg/day of prednisolone for 3 consecutive days each week and local blocking therapy .Result: when it turned to the 14 th different pairs, the study was finished.The efficiency percent of the experiment drug was 77.8%, but the contrast was 22.3%. so we believe that The addition of levamisole to prednisolone may produce improved results in the management of erosive lichen planus( p <0.05).Conclusion: the addition of levamisole to prednisolone has many advantages,such as relieveing adverse effects, Regulating immunity,very cheap, to be worth clinical spreading.
