摘要
职业生涯发展体系是IT企业人力资源管理的关键,从组织的角度出发,提出了基于员工和企业共同发展的组织职业生涯发展体系的理论依据,并针对国内某IT企业进行了实证研究,希望能为我国IT企业在人力资源管理特别是人才开发方面提供一些启示。
Career development system is the key to human resource management for IT enterprises.This paper,from enterprises point of view,puts forward the theoretic framework of career development system based on mu-tual development of employee and enterprise,and then designs a career development system for one domestic IT enterprise.
