Based on the overall planning of construction and development for engineering proposed by National Research Center of Engineering Technology,this essay,through probing into both the present and future situa - tion including experiences and problems in current construction and management,and orientation for future de - velopment,suggests a new nation - suited management mode for National Engineering Center,intending to pro - mote construction and management in National Engineering Center,and to achieve the four first - rate goals put forward by engineering center.
