Research on Enterprises' Vertical Merger in Network Economy

通过利用博弈论理论框架建立上下游双头垄断市场模型说明网络纵向并购对消费者及兼并企业均可带来很大利益,将纵向并购理论在网络经济中进行了拓展。

There is strong motivation of vertical merger in network economy for one of the essential features of network economy,that is,network externality.In this paper,we argued that the network vertical merger behavior will bring about big profit to both consumers and enterpriese by setting up a model of duopolistic upstream and downstream meaket based on the framework of game theory,thereby,we broadened the game theory under net - work economy.
