摘要 重点研究了真空烧结方法制造的CuW/CrCu高压开关弧触头材料的结合强度,并分析了制造方法对CuW/CrCu触头材料结合强度的影响。在万能材料试验机上进行抗拉强度试验,结果显示,真空烧结方法制造CuW/CrCu触头材料的抗拉强度最好,可以达到400MPa以上,能够满足超、特高电压和特大容量高压开关的技术要求。通过对断口的扫描电镜分析,发现真空烧结的触头材料结合面杂质含量。少、无氧化物、孔隙少,这可能是导致真空烧结CuW/CrCu触头材料盼结合强度高的主要原因。 This paper deals with the joint strength of high voltage switch CuW/CrCu arc contact manufactured by vacuum sintering, and analyses the effect of manufacture method on the joint strength of CuW/CrCu are contact. It is shown that tensile strength of CuW/CrCu arc contact by vacuum sintering has the highest tensile strength, beyond 400MPa on the universal testing machine, which can achieve the technology demand of superhigh voltage and high voltage switch with super capacity. The SEM analysis shows that there is less impurity and porosity and few oxide on the fracture surface of the CuW/CrCu arc contact manufactured by vacuum sintering, which may lead to the high joint strength of CuW/CrCu arc contact.
