网络环境下图书馆若要在信息市场上立于不败之地,就应在信息经营中遵循时效性、针对性和竞争性等原则,注重信息产品的特色,以优势取胜,开拓创新。
The library should comply with the rules,such as limitation period,purpose and competition,if it will kep development for ever in the infoumation condition under the network environment.It also should pay attention to the products characteristic.
