摘要
本文分析了构成“服务三角形”理论的四种元素:策略、系统、人员、读者,在图书馆工作中的应用问题,着重阐明了为读者服务是图书馆工作的重要部分。
The paper analyses that the theory of service like triangle is applied to the library work..The theory of service like triangle is formed of four kinds of elements.These elements are the tactics,the system,the personnel and the readers.It emphatically clarifies that serving the readers is the important part on the library wok .
