人力资源的战略化管理是知识经济时代的必然要求和未来发展趋势。人力资源战略处于企业职能战略的核心地位,通过对企业人力资源战略分析必须考虑的内、外部环境因素的研究,提出了现代企业人力资源战略分析的基本理论框架,并对企业实施人力资源战略化管理进行了理论探索。
