摘要 人力资源的战略化管理是知识经济时代的必然要求和未来发展趋势。人力资源战略处于企业职能战略的核心地位,通过对企业人力资源战略分析必须考虑的内、外部环境因素的研究,提出了现代企业人力资源战略分析的基本理论框架,并对企业实施人力资源战略化管理进行了理论探索。 The strategic management of human resources was the necessary request and trend of knowledge economy,the human resources strategies were the core station of enterprises function strategies.The author brought forward the basic theory frame of the modern enterprises human resources strategies analysis based on the study of interior and exterior environmental factor which the analysis should take into account,explored the theory of enterprises human resources strategic management.
