摘要
气/质联用(GC/MS)用于雌激素(E)研究包括(I)白血病人自身骨髓移植后尿中的E,(Ⅱ)事故放射病人用雌三醇(E3)治疗后尿中排出浓度,(Ⅲ)孕妇尿中的雌四醇(E4)检测。结果表明:气/质联用在E研究中的应用是可行的,所得实验数据是可信的。
GC/MS was used in Estrins(E)study including in (I)E in urine from a female Leukemic case with autotrans-plantation of bone marrow; (II)E3 in urine of 2 patients who were suffered from radiation accidents and then treated with E3, (III)E4 in pregnant woman urine. The results show that GC/MS method was feasible and data from experiment was authentic.
