摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,结合超分子模板技术制备新型有机-无机杂化反相硅胶整体柱,以苯的同系物对所制备的整体柱进行评价,考察溶质的板高与流动相线速之间的关系,获得最高210000塔板数/米的柱效,结果表明该整体柱具有典型的反相色谱性能,并具有较理想的分离重现性。
A new and simple method for the preparation of hybrid inorganic - organic monolithic column is introduced. The monolithic column was prepared by sol - gel combined supermolecular module technique. The performance of the monolithic column was evaluated for capillary electrochromatography using homologues of benzene. The flow rate was found to be proportional to the strength of the electric field. A column efficiency of 210000 plates/m ati the optimunm flow rate of 6cm/min is achieved for the monolithic capillary columns. The separation process was based on the mechanism of reverse - phase chromatography. Satisfactory separation reproducibility was observed.
