Design and Construction of Reinforcement by Piles and Rectifying by Vertically Digging Soil for Certain Dangerous Building

某厂房地基产生严重不均匀沉降,已鉴定为危房。本文分析沉降产生的原因,着重介绍用锚杆桩加固结合竖向掏土纠倾处理危房的设计要点与施工的关键措施,并用实测资料证实加固效果。

A serious different settlement had taken place in certain buildin g, which had been identified as a dangerous building. The causes of the different settlement are analyzed. And the design and construction of the building reinfo rced by rivet piles and rectified by vertically digging soil are introduced in t his paper. Finally the reinforcement effect is tested.
