On Revolution of the Principle of Law in Intellectual Property Right in the Era of Genes

生物技术的飞速发展使人类进入到一个全新的时代———基因时代,与基因有关的知识产权保护问题凸显出来。为此,有必要确立新的知识产权保护体系,即从知识产权的主体、客体、性质、立法思路等方面推进这场知识产权的法理革命。

The rapid development of bio-technology have brought mankind into the Era of Genes, together with an increasing demand for protecting intellectual property right related to genes. Consequently it becomes necessary to establish a new scheme for protection of intellectual property right. The new scheme is expected to give impetus to the revolution of the principal of law in intellectual property right with regard to the subject, object, character and legislation concerning intellectual property right.
