烦恼人人都有,青年学生的烦恼更多,研究发现主要有青春期成长烦恼、与学习有关的烦恼、与人际关系有关的烦恼、环境适应烦恼、与自我有关的烦恼、学校生活烦恼等。有效地解除烦恼可采取不自寻烦恼、学会达观、学会合理宣泄、正确认知、积极交往、保持积极乐观的生活态度等积极的措施和方法。
Everybody has woiries, especially young students. Researches have discovered that these worries are mainly about adolescence, study, human relation, adaptation to environment, something about oneself, school life etc. You can adopt the following active measures to get rid of worries effectually: Don t look for trouble; Learn to take things philosophically; Relax yourself properly; Associate with good friends and have friendly relations with them; Keep an optimistic attitude towards life.
