目前农村干群矛盾的表现成因与对策

The Displaying, Reason and Countermeasure of the Current Contradiction between Cadres and Masses in the Village

我国农村社会正处于社会转型期,各种矛盾错综复杂,干群矛盾尤为突出。农村干群矛盾广泛表现在经济、政治、文化等各个方面。城乡二元经济结构现行体制和政策是该矛盾产生的深层次原因,干群自身素质问题和舆论导向问题也是重要原因。化解农村干群矛盾,需要理顺各方面关系,转变乡镇政府职能,完善制度,对干群思想和行为运行双向约束。

Transforming from traditional to modern pattern, various contradictions are exposed in the village, and the prominent one is between cadres and masses. It manifests in economy, politics and culture. The reasons of it are the dual - based economical - social structure between town & country, the state system, the quality of cadres & masses, and the guidance of the public opinion. We can dissolve the contradiction by reforming its origin.
