摘要
对ST-200型塑封压机在使用中出现的油温过高、合模高压不到位和漏油等主要问题进行了较为详细的分析,并提出相应的解决方案,得到良好的效果。
Some problems of ST-200 type transfer molding machine, such as higher temperature of oil, leakage oil and lower clamp pressure, are in more detail analyzed. The solutions for these problems are also provided, and better results are obtained.
