摘要
鉴于对洛克政府理论流行的解读往往缺乏对其整体的把握,本文试图证明,洛克的政府理论是一个逻辑结构严密的统一整体,它以权利体系(生命权、自由权和财产权)为基石,既拒斥无政府,又反对权力无限的利维坦,并以文明社会及其公民政府避免无政府和利维坦的双重陷阱,从而确保政府权力受到有效限制、公民权利得到切实保障,由此实现公民权利与政府权力之间的和谐平衡格局。
This author tries to prove that Locke's government theory is a logically coherent whole. It has as its foundation the system of rights (the rights of life, freedom and property), and refutes both anarchy and the all-powerful Leviathan. It proposes a civilized society with a civil government whose power is limited. In such a society, civil rights are guaranteed and power check on the government is ensured.
